Important! Subscription tariffs are ending
All good things...
We've offered discounted tariffs for regular customers since char.gy's beginnings. So we're sad to say our Personal and Professional subscription tariffs end in December.
Your November subscription is the last month that you can charge your car on your Personal or Professional rate. Here's what to expect.
Let's say you normally pay your invoice on the 12th of the month.
- On 12 November we will process your bill for your monthly kWh allowance. This applies to your charging between 12 November & 11 December.
- On 12 December, we will process your final invoice for any kWhs over the allowance.
...are replaced by new good things...
This will also change the way you pay for your charging. Instead of receiving a bill once a month, the charge point will process your payment each time you charge. This provides something many drivers have asked for - to pay for what they use, when they use it.
You won't need to do a thing. Your current payment method will continue. You'll also be able to pay by Apple Pay or Google Pay if you wish.
...and even better things are coming!
In December, we are introducing a whole new price structure. This will give you the option to pay even less for your charging on char.gy than today. We can't say more than that now, but we will be in touch in a few weeks to share the new rates and how they work.
We're confident this change is good news for the vast majority of our customers.
