  • Affordable charging: A typical vehicle runs at 11p a mile on our Night Saver rate. That's about £33 for 300 miles, compared to roughly £53 in a 40mpg petrol car.

  • Smaller pre-auth holds: When you start a session, we usually place a temporary £25 hold on your card to check it's valid. Register your car in char.gy club and that hold drops to £10.

  • Faster starts on shift: Your vehicle and card are saved, so plugging in at the end of a shift takes seconds. No need to constantly re-enter your details at the kerb.

  • No monthly subscription: Club membership is invitation only, and completely free with no standing charge. You pay for the electricity you use, per session, and nothing else.

Joining char.gy Club offers exclusive access to a reduced £10 pre-authorisation hold on your payment card (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and saved cards) when you start a session. You’ll only pay for the energy you use, with any unused amount automatically released after your session.
