2025 was the year our impact became measurable at scale. We grew our network by 28% to 4,978 active charge point sockets, delivered 14.4m kWh of renewable electricity to drivers, and remained one of the few Charge Point Operators in the UK to hold B Corp certification. Our efforts are structured around five key sustainability imperatives:

  • Enabling Net Zero Communities:

We maintained 99% charge point availability and avoided an estimated 14,500tCO2e in emissions – over twenty times our own operational footprint. We also went live with our first LEVI-funded charge point, in partnership with Brighton & Hove City Council.

  • Safety & Well-being:

We achieved ISO45001 certification, recorded zero RIDDOR-reportable incidents, and saw no repeat cyber threats to drivers following our 2024 response.

  • Ethical Conduct:

Our engaged Board and robust governance (ISO 27001 accredited) underpin strong accountability, with Modern Slavery and Human Rights commitments now embedded across our supplier contracts.

  • Inclusive Workforce:

Our values-driven culture delivered rising engagement scores, including a 91% Great Place to Work score (up from 85%), alongside progress on gender diversity in senior leadership, up to 30% from 24%.

  • Minimising Environmental Footprint:

We cut carbon intensity by 58% against our 2023 baseline (already ahead of our 2030 target) while running on 100% renewable electricity and achieving zero waste to landfill.
