As a Partnership Development Consultant at char.gy, Gearard focuses on the North East, Yorkshire, and The Humber, close to his home in Leeds. His goal is to ensure the successful rollout of EV infrastructure, expanding access to sustainable transport options across the region.
Driven by his interest in societal change, Gearard studied History at the University of Leeds and has since built a career focused on fostering partnerships between the public and private sectors to bring about positive change. He began as an account manager at Blue Lozenge, a PR and internal communications agency primarily working with the NHS, and now brings his expertise to char.gy.
Knowledgeable about and deeply committed to his region, Gearard has a strong grasp when it comes to developing EV strategy, building effective partnerships, and navigating the complexities of public sector projects.
